About Bettina
Bettina, the owner and founder of the company, is an accomplished transformation leader for excellence and culture change.
Her passion for transforming organisations was kick-started early in her career, when she became part of BRPs lean transformation in the Austrian engine plant. Her fascination for the Toyota production system was fuelled by the question, how they successfully can implement a positive culture all over the world, and also, why it is so hard for others to reach their level of excellence in production.
Bettina had become the first female Head of Assembly in BRP`s Engine Plant in Austria when she decided to take her practical lean implementation experience to the next level and writing her doctoral dissertation about “Organisational Culture and efficient production systems”.
